Why petrol injectors lose performance
Petrol injectors meter fuel in fractions of a millisecond. Over time, fuel varnish, carbon and contamination restrict the nozzle, disturb the spray pattern and cause leaks or sticking. The engine then runs lean or uneven, and you notice it as hesitation, misfires and poor economy.
Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) injectors are more demanding still. They spray straight into the combustion chamber at very high pressure, sit in extreme heat, and are prone to tip deposits. Doha's heat and stop-start traffic make this worse. A proper service restores the spray pattern and flow rate rather than just masking symptoms.

When to have your injectors checked
Rough idle & misfires
Uneven running, shaking at traffic lights, or misfire codes on one or more cylinders.
Hesitation & power loss
Stumbling under acceleration or a flat, lazy response when overtaking.
Higher fuel consumption
Noticeably more fuel used for the same driving, often with a fuel smell.
Hard starting
Long cranking, especially hot starts, which can point to a leaking injector.
Check-engine light
Lean-mixture, misfire or fuel-trim codes that return after clearing.
Failed emissions or tuning
Unstable fuel trims or poor results after other repairs have not solved the issue.
Tested before and after, so you see the difference
Every set of injectors goes through the same workflow, and you get the results for each injector.
Initial flow test
Each injector is tested for flow rate, spray pattern and leakage to record its starting condition.
Ultrasonic cleaning
Deposits are removed from the nozzle and internal passages in an ultrasonic bath with reverse flushing.
Repair & parts
Filters, O-rings, seals and worn components are replaced. Injectors that cannot be restored are flagged.
Final test & report
Injectors are re-tested and matched for balanced flow, with a before-and-after comparison.
