Agricultural turbo repair for tractors, harvesters & farm engines
Dust, heat and long hours at load are hard on turbochargers. We inspect, rebuild, balance and test turbos from agricultural machinery, and return them ready to fit — with free pickup & drop-off across Doha.
Turbos built for farm duty cycles
Farm engines run for long periods at high load, often in hot, dusty conditions. That puts constant stress on the turbocharger's bearings, seals and compressor wheel. When it starts to fail, you lose power and boost, fuel use rises, and a small repair can turn into engine damage.
Express Diesel Turbo Services repairs turbochargers fitted to tractors, combine and forage harvesters, telehandlers, irrigation pump engines and diesel generator sets. We identify the actual fault first, so you only pay for what the turbo needs.
Why agricultural turbos fail
Dust ingestion from a worn or poorly sealed air filter erodes the compressor wheel. Oil starvation from low oil level, a blocked feed line or the wrong grade scores the shaft and bearings. Heat soak from shutting down straight after heavy work cokes the oil in the bearing housing. Finding the cause matters, otherwise the repaired turbo will fail again.

Check these before the engine pays for it
If you notice any of these on a tractor or harvester, stop heavy work and get the turbo checked.
Loss of power under load
The machine struggles on hills, with implements or when pulling heavy loads.
Blue or grey exhaust smoke
Oil is passing through worn turbo seals into the intake or exhaust.
Whining, whistling or grinding
A high-pitched siren sound points to bearing wear or a damaged wheel.
Rising oil consumption
Topping up more often with no visible external leak.
Black smoke
Too little boost for the fuel delivered. Can also come from the pump or injectors.
Oil inside intercooler or hoses
A sign of seal leakage or excess crankcase pressure.
Not sure whether it is the turbo, pump or injectors? Read our symptom guides or send us a message.
From inspection to tested turbo
You get a clear finding on the fault before any repair work is approved.
Collect & log
We pick up the turbo or machine and record the make, model and part number.
Inspect
We check shaft play, wheel condition, housings and signs of oil or dust damage.
Strip & clean
The turbo is dismantled, cleaned and measured against tolerance.
Rebuild & balance
Worn parts are replaced with a repair kit, then the rotating assembly is balanced.
Test & return
The unit is checked before it goes back to you, ready to refit.
Less downtime in the working season
Repair or replace, your call
If your turbo can be rebuilt, we say so. If it cannot, we tell you why and quote a replacement.
Root cause checked
We look at the air intake, oil feed and boost side, so the same failure does not repeat.
Free pickup & drop-off
We collect and return across Doha at no extra cost. For farms outside the city, call us to arrange it.
